Senior Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert providing case coverage in hospital settings, including Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology Labs, and Operating Rooms.
• Support the complete Vessel Closure portfolio, focusing on Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and hospital staff.
• Identify clinical needs and demonstrate how Vascular products can help physicians achieve patient care goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
• Provide clinical education, troubleshooting, and in-service training to customers using various presentation formats.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Support the broader region with case coverage as needed beyond the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related professional work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interacting with patients within a lab or operating room environment.
• Relevant technical certification.
