About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical, educational, and operational support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products to meet district sales and customer service objectives.
- Perform device checks, interrogations, and support CRM product implants.
- Provide troubleshooting and on-call support during evenings and weekends as required.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM solutions.
- Manage consignment and trunk inventory and maintain software on district programmers.
- Partner with Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Complete all required field technical training and stay updated on new product offerings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma plus 8 years of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or cardiac device sales/service; OR
- Associate degree plus 6 years of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or cardiac device sales/service; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or cardiac device sales/service.
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
- Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics and hospitals.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and provide occasional weeknight coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with professional colleagues.
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and CRM applications such as Salesforce.com.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, organized manner.
