Senior Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical procedure and product expert providing case coverage in hospital settings, including Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology Labs, and Operating Rooms
• Support the Vessel Closure portfolio by providing clinical education and troubleshooting for Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and hospital staff
• Identify clinical needs and demonstrate how Vascular products can help physicians achieve patient care goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers
• Conduct in-service education and presentations to keep customers updated on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by collaborating with sales, clinical research, and marketing teams to develop optimal solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Ability to travel 50% within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with patient interaction within a lab or operating room environment
• Relevant Technical Certification
