Senior Clinical Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Ensure data review and cleaning activities meet quality standards to support database locks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute clinical studies
• Provide clinical input for investigator selection, patient recruitment, and feasibility
• Contribute to the strategic planning and review of clinical documents including Protocols, ICFs, and CSRs
• Provide strategic recommendations for regulatory documents such as IND, BLA, and Orphan Drug Applications
• Manage clinical portions of data management and statistical documents like Case Report Forms
• Support the planning and execution of external and internal stakeholder meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline
• 4+ years of pharma experience with a Bachelor's, 3+ years with an MS, or 2+ years with a PharmD/PhD
• Excellent working knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH Guidelines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
• Effective conflict management and negotiation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CAR-T cell therapy
• Experience in hematology/oncology disease states
• Oncology therapeutic experience
