Senior Clinical Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding for clinical research staff
• Oversee clinical research operations, including workload distribution and resource allocation
• Direct the study lifecycle from start-up and activation through maintenance and close-out
• Implement quality control systems for data integrity, billing compliance, and patient recruitment
• Lead portfolio strategy, including feasibility assessments and pipeline development
• Manage study budgets, financial negotiations, and lifecycle financial performance
• Develop and implement SOPs and operational best practices to drive process improvements
• Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors and external audits
• Ensure strict compliance with ICH-GCP, CFR, and institutional policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
• 4 years of related professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Oncology clinical trials experience
• At least 2 years of Oncology clinical trials managerial experience
• SOCRA or equivalent certification
• Master’s degree in management or public health
• Proficiency with MS Word and familiarity with Mac and PC platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
