Senior Clinical Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical staff in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations
• Plan, assign, and direct work while assessing performance and guiding professional development
• Participate in the hiring process, including candidate review, interviewing, and onboarding
• Ensure staff have necessary materials, systems access, and training to complete job responsibilities
• Allocate resources to clinical research projects by assigning staff based on experience and training
• Monitor the quality of clinical work through regular review and evaluation of work products
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective action plans to prevent or correct performance deficiencies
• Ensure staff meet defined workload and quality metrics through regular reporting
• Collaborate with clinical teams and functional leadership to resolve project challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare field
• Prior clinical trial experience, including experience in a management or leadership capacity
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients
