Senior Clinical Project Manager, CNS

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development
• Develop and implement integrated study management plans
• Oversee planning and execution of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies to ensure speed, quality, and cost optimization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to foster strong relationships and satisfaction
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and milestone achievement
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, local regulations, and company processes
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration
• Mentor and support team members to promote continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• 7+ years of clinical research experience
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, regulatory requirements, and CNS therapeutic areas
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across different geographies and functions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Deep understanding of ICH GCP guidelines
