Senior Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial execution for multiple complex studies from protocol development through close out
• Oversee and train study-specific local clinical resources, including contractor CRAs and CROs
• Proactively identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
• Collaborate with Global Clinical Affairs functions, Medical Affairs, Data Management, and Statistics
• Manage relationships with sites, PIs, and vendors such as central labs and CROs
• Develop and oversee clinical study budgets, including invoice review and monthly accruals
• Define and report on project management schedule attributes, milestones, and critical paths

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical, or a relevant technical area
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience
• Minimum 6 years of clinical study experience (medical device, IVD, pharma, biotech, or CRO preferred)
• Proven ability to oversee clinical teams in multicenter, global complex studies
• Proficient understanding of GCP, FDA, ISO, MDR/IVDR regulations, and industry practices
• Familiarity with CLSI guidelines and international clinical research regulations
• Ability to travel approximately 20% worldwide
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and vendor management skills
