Senior Clinical Programmer

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and validate clinical data programs and applications
• Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM standards for clinical data
• Utilize visualization tools such as Spotfire to create insightful data visualizations
• Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical data needs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers
• Participate in the development and implementation of data management plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience in clinical data programming and Data Visualization
• Strong experience with Python (PySpark, Databricks, pandas, Numpy)
• Good SDTM knowledge and proficiency in CDISC SDTM standards
• Strong SAS/R programming and SQL expertise
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
