Senior Clinical Lead - Oncology

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial management teams and drive end-to-end delivery of oncology clinical studies.
• Act as the main point of contact for clinical trial oversight and delivery with clients.
• Develop and maintain clinical project plans, including recruitment and retention strategies.
• Ensure clinical delivery meets contractual requirements regarding subject recruitment, site management, and data integrity.
• Manage risks and implement contingency plans to ensure project quality and timeline adherence.
• Partner with project leaders to confirm clinical team objectives and assess performance against agreed metrics.
• Lead clinical delivery strategies for medium-sized and multi-country/region studies during bid defense preparations.
• Mentor less experienced project team members to support their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health care or scientific discipline.
• 7 years of clinical research or monitoring experience.
• 5 years of experience driving end-to-end delivery of clinical studies.
• Proven experience managing global clinical trials across multiple regions (e.g., NA, EUR, LatAM, or APAC).
• Direct experience in Oncology clinical research.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a pressurized environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
