Senior Clinical Evidence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and submit manuscripts, abstracts, poster presentations, and podium presentations based on clinical studies and scientific reports.
• Conduct literature reviews, summarize scientific findings, and lead cross-functional medical evidence gap analyses.
• Contribute to publication planning and the development of evidence strategies.
• Engage with external physicians and healthcare professionals regarding publications and scientific communications.
• Provide clinical expertise to cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, reimbursement, and R&D.
• Review marketing materials for clinical accuracy and support Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs).
• Maintain databases of peer-reviewed literature and internal publications.
• Evaluate external research proposals for scientific soundness and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of clinical research experience in studies, publications, or program management.
• OR an advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience in studies, publications, or program management.
• Strong technical writing skills for scientific manuscripts and clinical reports.
• Understanding of clinical research study design and Good Clinical Practices.
• Knowledge of FDA and ICH guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven record in leading study publications, including authorship.
• Familiarity with ICMJE guidelines and Good Publication Practices.
• Knowledge in the areas of neurology or psychiatry.
• Experience working within a matrix of cross-functional stakeholders and strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
