Senior Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 15 strategic clients, ranging from fintechs to enterprise organizations
• Serve as a trusted advisor by leading Executive Business Reviews and proactively recommending solutions
• Drive commercial success by owning customer retention, expansion strategies, and overall revenue growth
• Build trusted relationships across multiple levels of client organizations to influence strategic direction
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive platform improvements
• Monitor portfolio health through quantitative and qualitative metrics and build annual account plans

Requirements

• Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships within SaaS, fintech, or financial services
• Experience working in a B2B consultative environment
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations
• Strong commercial acumen and a focus on identifying value-driven expansion opportunities
• Strong project prioritization skills and high attention to detail
