About the role

About the Company

Rebar is building the next-generation operating system for commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing suppliers and subcontractors. We are transforming the $250B HVAC industry with AI-native software and recently secured a $14M Series A to scale our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own executive relationships across Rebar’s largest enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and rollout planning
  • Partner with Sales on renewals, upsells, and account growth strategy
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and influence product direction
  • Use data and customer insights to identify trends, increase adoption, and mitigate churn
  • Help build and scale repeatable client success processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing strategic client relationships in B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise customer relationships
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong commercial instincts regarding retention and revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Comfortable communicating with everyone from executives to field personnel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling Client Success at an early-stage or high-growth startup
  • Background in construction tech, industrial software, or field operations
  • Experience building or managing CS teams
  • Familiarity with implementation workflows and operational SaaS deployments
  • Experience with AI-enabled or workflow automation products
