Senior Client Success Manager - Programmatic

Responsibilities

• Own and manage 10+ active programmatic campaigns end-to-end across a portfolio of strategic accounts
• Lead all client communications, including status calls, QBRs, and escalations, providing actionable insights
• Serve as the technical owner of campaign execution, ensuring correct setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Utilize deep DSP knowledge to guide targeting, pacing, and performance improvements
• Deliver client-ready reporting and performance insights in partnership with the Analytics team
• Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to ensure a high-quality client experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad-tech
• Hands-on DSP experience is required, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
• Proven ability to manage multiple live campaigns and complex client relationships independently
• Excellent communication skills with comfort leading executive-level conversations
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with agencies and multi-stakeholder accounts
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Ability to translate technical performance details into clear client-facing narratives
• Experience operating in high-growth environments where processes evolve
