About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and own Mutual Success Plans for assigned customers to align business objectives with measurable outcomes
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across products and services within the book of business
- Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sell motions in partnership with Sales
- Lead executive-level conversations with VPs and C-suite stakeholders
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer by translating insights into actionable feedback for Product and Services teams
- Maintain high operational rigor across forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Partner with Services to scope and manage engagements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue-owning role (Client Success, Strategic Account Management, or Account Executive)
- Proven experience retaining and growing revenue within enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Background in influencer marketing, martech, SaaS, or agency environments
- Demonstrated success building and forecasting pipeline for renewals and upsells
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or operational tooling to scale customer success workflows
