Senior Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic oversight for the full client lifecycle, from implementation and go-live to growth and renewal.
• Build and maintain deep, enduring relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to daily platform users.
• Drive revenue growth by partnering with Account Executives to develop account plans and identify expansion opportunities.
• Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences to drive platform adoption.
• Act as a client advocate by representing user needs across Product, R&D, and Support teams to shape future solutions.
• Facilitate change management and implement best practices to optimize platform utilization and resolve workflow obstacles.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client-facing roles such as sales, client management, or client success.
• Background in financial or wealth management services (e.g., banks, broker-dealers, or wirehouses).
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale enterprise projects and sophisticated client relationships.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management operations, including portfolio management and compliance workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work onsite in London and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom.
