Senior Client Success Director

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives
• Ensure projects are managed to time and scope while maintaining high quality assurance
• Use data and analytics interpretation to deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Drive profitable growth and identify incremental business opportunities within the portfolio
• Manage client satisfaction, risk mitigation, and stakeholder advocacy
• Lead and develop high-performing Client Success teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client success, consulting, or marketing analytics
• Expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling and econometrics (ROI analysis, elasticity, attribution)
• Proven ability to manage enterprise portfolios and influence C-suite stakeholders
• Experience communicating complex analytics to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and an analytics environment such as R or Python
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics)
