Senior Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Russian-speaking clients to ensure campaign success and business growth
• Lead the development and execution of advanced advertising strategies across Microsoft, Google, and Amazon platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and maximize ROI
• Partner with internal sales, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to enhance client performance

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Solutions
• Hands-on experience with paid-search platforms including Microsoft, Google, and Amazon
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Economics, or Social Sciences
• Proficiency in online advertising, analytics, and digital media buying
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
• Fluency in both Russian and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with high attention to detail
