Senior Client Solutions Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Banking

Responsibilities

• Provide credit and administrative support to the Real Estate Banking team for the development and maintenance of loan and deposit portfolios.
• Assist Relationship Managers with annual reviews, new applications, and amendments.
• Manage client onboarding by collecting and documenting information required for KYC and AML regulatory compliance.
• Prepare credit files, funding checklists, and advance documentation, while liaising with solicitors for legal documents.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve escalated client challenges and process financial reporting.
• Conduct financial and credit analysis to support the preparation of credit proposals and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client needs by providing referrals for ancillary products and services.

Requirements

• University or College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and credit analysis.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage concurrent requests and collaborate with internal partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and Intralink.
• Knowledge of Business Service Center, Enhanced Due Diligence, and Cash Management teams.
• Familiarity with Commercial Banking distribution structures and real estate leasing.
