Senior Client Services Partner

Responsibilities

• Build and own a high-quality pipeline of net-new opportunities across Americas accounts
• Identify, originate, and qualify opportunities aligned to regional growth priorities
• Lead end-to-end pursuits, including shaping opportunities, proposals, pitches, and deal closure
• Engage senior stakeholders, buyers, and procurement to unlock new revenue streams
• Lead commercial strategy across pursuits, including pricing, negotiation, and contract structuring
• Partner with design, consulting, and delivery teams to develop differentiated solutions
• Manage a team of Sales practitioners and ensure alignment with financial targets

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development or commercial leadership within consulting, design, or technology
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, negotiations, and deal structuring
• Experience engaging senior C-suite stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and procurement models
• Experience in experience-led transformation, digital, or consulting-led selling
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence
