About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex software licensing requirements
  • Provide solutions for bespoke licensing requests
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries regarding software licensing, billing, and contract renewals
  • Process new sales and trials in accordance with Software License Agreements, including license dispatch and invoice processing
  • Lead a small team responsible for a subset of high-value clients
  • Draft quotations for new and additional license requests

Requirements

  • Proven track record of handling complex queries in a pressurized environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role
  • Experience interpreting legal contracts and working with financials/invoices
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience managing corporate clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
