About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex software licensing requirements
- Provide solutions for bespoke licensing requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries regarding software licensing, billing, and contract renewals
- Process new sales and trials in accordance with Software License Agreements, including license dispatch and invoice processing
- Lead a small team responsible for a subset of high-value clients
- Draft quotations for new and additional license requests
Requirements
- Proven track record of handling complex queries in a pressurized environment
- At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role
- Experience interpreting legal contracts and working with financials/invoices
- Excellent customer service skills with experience managing corporate clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
