Senior Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative, marketing, and transaction support to a team of brokers.
• Manage multiple projects and track action items for various team members.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling, mailing list maintenance, and reporting.
• Create and update marketing flyers and assist in the development of client pitches and presentations.
• Coordinate transaction and due diligence processes, including entering deal sheets and supporting paperwork.
• Conduct market research, prepare surveys (lease and sales comparables), and perform basic comparative analyses.
• Monitor competitor research and liaise with internal departments to obtain property and company data.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Strong communication skills with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
