Senior Client Service Director

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Agency sales leads to deepen existing business relationships with Dentsu and affiliated Op Cos
• Manage strategic engagement and top-down relationships with C-level executives and their direct reports
• Develop and execute detailed engagement strategies to deliver optimal value to global agency rosters
• Deliver periodic business reviews, regional partner summits, and identify new business opportunities
• Act as a platform expert, leveraging a "trader mindset" to represent TTD's capabilities and technical advantages
• Foster agency innovation by providing the knowledge and tools necessary to develop winning client strategies
• Lead the development of proprietary solutions and co-development efforts, such as custom algorithms for global scale
• Facilitate responses to multi-market RFPs and RFIs
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data to ensure agency needs are met

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the media or advertising industry
• Strong programmatic advertising experience
• Proven track record in executive-level relationship management and client strategy
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data strategies
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or experience in TV advertising
• Experience working with global teams and managing international business relationships
• Experience in a consulting capacity
