About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention
- Manage new client implementation processes and coordinate activities with team members
- Maintain client paper and electronic data files
- Compile quarterly asset values for billing, journals, transfers, and fees
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties including scheduling, marketing, and accounts payable/receivable
- Participate in client meetings and support post-meeting action items
- Identify value-added services to meet client business needs
- Review activities to ensure controls prevent errors, fraud, or misstatements
- Lead and train new client service associates
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of client service or related business experience in financial services
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, Redtail, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Wealth management experience
- Experience with eMoney
