Senior Client Policy Analyst, Governance

Responsibilities

• Ensure client voting policies are accurately implemented and effectively executed
• Update, maintain, and enhance voting policies for institutional clients
• Analyze issuer filings, proxy statements, and other disclosures to assess corporate governance practices
• Leverage analytical tools and models to identify patterns in proxy voting activity and governance trends
• Support internal teams and external clients by responding to voting, reporting, and governance insight needs
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in governance research, proxy voting, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with databases and structured data
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in European languages
• Familiarity with global issuer corporate governance research
