Senior Client Partner

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
• Establish relationships with new clients and educate them on Reddit's advertising suite
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation
• Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals
• Shape the ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback with cross-functional stakeholders
• Mentor and train other team members

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in digital media
• 3-7 years of experience in sales
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise Retail organizations
• Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives
• Deep ads industry expertise and existing agency/client relationships
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising
• Demonstrated achievement against sales targets
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
