Senior Client Partner

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deepen multi-market relationships with C-suite executives and Global Agency Leads
• Design and execute global joint business plans aligned with partner business pillars
• Serve as a global consultant on macro-industry trends and consumer behavior
• Identify untapped international territories to position Reddit in partner media mixes
• Own global-to-local strategy, ensuring effective localization by regional teams
• Manage end-to-end presentation of complex global strategies
• Act as global lead for platform updates, crisis management, and international product rollouts
• Shape the global product roadmap by synthesizing multi-market feedback
• Drive cross-functional synergy with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Mentor and scale global expertise across the organization

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital media
• 7+ years of experience in sales
• Expertise in orchestrating global partnerships for Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations
• Proven ability to lead matrixed internal teams across regional sales, product, and engineering
• Experience managing relationships with C-level executives
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals and measurement solutions
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
