Senior Client Partner

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and manage a portfolio of multiple accounts, typically $5-10M
• Build advisory relationships that result in business impact and revenue growth
• Network within client organizations to create and expand senior and executive relationships
• Lead client mapping activities and ensure relationships are nurtured
• Oversee customer satisfaction measurement and guide improvement strategies
• Author and execute strategic plans for accounts to expand the company's footprint
• Manage revenue, forecasting, and annual commitments
• Lead scope definition and shape ambiguous asks into proposals and contracts
• Partner with internal capability teams to support delivery excellence and new business efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development environment
• Proven experience in growing key clients of $5M+
• Strong financial acumen in forecasting and revenue management
• Exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to define and drive strategic vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, or CPG verticals
• Experience with Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, or other composable DXP
