Senior Client Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of multiple high-value accounts, typically ranging from $5M to $10M.
• Build and nurture advisory relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders to drive business impact and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand the company's footprint within client organizations.
• Manage revenue closely, ensuring accurate forecasting, upholding annual commitments, and maintaining account-level profitability.
• Define project scopes and author complex proposals and statements of work that align client needs with agency solutions.
• Partner with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure excellence in execution and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain partial billability (25-50%) by contributing to hands-on strategy or delivery work when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development environment.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios valued at $5M+.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in revenue management and forecasting.
• Exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations for senior clients.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specific verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, or CPG.
• Familiarity with Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, or other composable DXP platforms.
