Senior Client & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop deal collateral including offering memorandums and broker opinion of values
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure high-quality and unique marketing materials
• Monitor competitor activity and design trends to keep materials modern and competitive
• Review all print materials in detail prior to client distribution
• Identify and utilize optimal distribution mediums and online platforms to maximize reach
• Manage and update buyer lists and coordinate tailored marketing campaigns through Affinity
• Create and lead comprehensive marketing plans across print, online, blog, and podcast mediums
• Drive LinkedIn interaction and work with local and national publications to increase visibility
• Coordinate the creation of a full calendar year and budget for annual team events

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a similar field
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Creative design sensibility with the ability to work within brand guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
