Senior Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects, making decisions about approach, investment, and resource allocation
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients
• Identify growth opportunities and build business cases for investment
• Run project delivery with rigour regarding scope, timeline, budget, and margins
• Mentor and guide team members on specific workstreams
• Lead cross-discipline partners to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace
• Anticipate client needs and proactively navigate complex conversations

Requirements

• Track record of running multiple projects with strong commercial outcomes
• Proven ability to build trust with senior client levels and internal leaders
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to weigh complexity against return
• Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate decision-making processes
• Native or business fluent proficiency in at least two of the following: Spanish, English, or German
