Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects, making decisions about approach, investment, and resource allocation
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients
• Identify growth opportunities and bring business cases for investment to the company
• Run project delivery with rigour regarding scope, timeline, budget, and margins
• Mentor and guide team members on workstreams to build capability
• Lead cross-discipline partners to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace
• Anticipate client needs and navigate proactive conversations to stay ahead of problems

Requirements

• Track record of running multiple projects with strong commercial outcomes
• Proven ability to build great client relationships and trust at senior levels
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to weigh complexity, investment, and return
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategic thinking clearly
• Ability to facilitate decision-making processes and chair meetings
