Senior Client Intake Specialist

Responsibilities

• Screen telephone calls before scheduling attorney-client consultations
• Monitor all potential new client inquiries via email, internet, phone, and referrals
• Contact potential clients immediately to establish relationships
• Update logs and reporting systems to reflect potential client status
• Conduct client interviews with empathy and compassion
• Schedule appointments and take accurate notes during initial consultations
• Collaborate with attorneys to complete the consultation process
• Assist with administrative tasks, database maintenance, and complex spreadsheets

Requirements

• Full proficiency in English and Spanish (Bilingual REQUIRED)
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Experience working with performance-based metrics
• Ability to work weekends
• Experience in Immigration or Criminal Defense (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Case Management software (major plus)
