Senior Client Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a high-performing client growth team to develop and implement business development best practices
• Serve as the primary business development resource for the Litigation Department Chair and practice group leaders
• Develop and execute strategies to strengthen client relationships, generate new business, and drive cross-selling initiatives
• Provide strategic counsel and coaching to attorneys regarding market positioning and client relationship expansion
• Guide attorneys in developing visibility strategies including speaking engagements and thought leadership
• Oversee the development of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage marketing and business development investments and sponsorships to maximize ROI
• Utilize business intelligence and market research to identify growth opportunities and analyze trends

Requirements

• At least eight years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a writing-intensive or research-heavy discipline
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with CRMs, ERMs, CMS systems, and basic database platforms
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an AmLaw matrixed marketing and BD department
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Ability to leverage research and competitive intelligence for go-to-market strategies
