Senior Client Executive (Employee Benefits)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pasadena Benefits team by providing support, mentorship, and guidance to all team members.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact to ensure exceptional service and retention.
• Develop and execute retention strategies and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
• Engineer and manage efficient team workflows and oversee the renewal process for assigned accounts.
• Work strategically with sales staff and producers to optimize client relationships and protect business.
• Maintain excellent relationships with partners, carriers, and vendors.
• Ensure proper utilization of the agency management system and adhere to departmental policies.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of related experience in employee benefits or insurance.
• Active Life/Health License.
• High-level industry designation appropriate for the position.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and develop others.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be influential and trustworthy.
