Senior Client Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Utilize Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers
• Provide technical and business insight at every level of the customer engagement
• Own and drive the company relationship with the assigned customer base
• Work within a team environment to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer products, markets, and the competitive landscape
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals

Requirements

• 9+ years of sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong project management and customer support skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong drive to win within a competitive environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
