Senior Client Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the Swiss sports, entertainment, and culture sectors
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach and prospecting to contract closure
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Negotiate complex deals with senior stakeholders, including promoters and venues
• Develop tailored commercial proposals to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal Legal, Finance, Consulting, and Product teams to ensure successful deal execution
• Maintain meticulous CRM tracking and reporting to monitor market trends and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development with a "hunter" mindset
• Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing C-level stakeholders
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Fluency in Swiss German and French is required
• Communicable English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian
