Senior Client Consultant - Renovation Projects

Responsibilities

• Provide general client consultancy and project management
• Manage renovation projects within municipal or social housing sectors
• Prepare tender materials and manage procurement processes
• Conduct condition assessments and PPV plans
• Prepare program entries for investors and public clients
• Perform technical assessments of bids and project evaluation (quality, authority, economy, time)
• Oversee compliance with authority requirements and quality standards during execution
• Participate in client meetings and handover processes
• Coordinate technical disciplines and monitor overall schedules
• Provide sustainability consultancy in collaboration with specialists
• Develop market presence and assist in project sales

Requirements

• Degree in architecture, construction, engineering, building economics, or equivalent
• Broad technical experience in construction, building physics, and various contract forms
• Experience with public and social housing clients
• Knowledge of and experience with ABR 18
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset with strategic foresight
• Commercial flair for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in both Danish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of EU procurement advisory
• Experience in building physics programming and building economics
• Certifications in fire consultancy or sustainability
