Senior Client Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide general client consultancy and project management
• Advise on EU tenders, construction programming, construction economics, and planning
• Prepare program entries for investors and public clients and perform technical evaluations of bids
• Conduct project assessments regarding quality, authority requirements, economy, and timing
• Oversee compliance with authority requirements and quality standards during the execution phase
• Participate in client meetings and handover processes
• Monitor overall schedules and assess proposals for operation and maintenance guidance
• Provide sustainability consultancy alongside internal specialists
• Develop client relationships and contribute to project sales

Requirements

• Degree in architecture, construction, engineering, construction economics, or law
• Extensive experience in construction, projects, and various contract forms
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers
• Process-oriented approach with understanding of construction phases
• Structured and systematic working style
• Commercial mindset and networking skills
• Proficiency in both Danish and English
