Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in service, positioning the agency as a strategic partner focused on results
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding strategic projects and daily tactical tasks
• Coordinate projects in collaboration with internal areas including campaigns, reports, and content actions
• Prioritize tasks and define SLAs with involved teams
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, objectives, and network/client guidelines
• Conduct and optimize negotiations
• Maintain continuous proximity with media partners to reinforce partnership relations

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in a media agency with direct client responsibility
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
• Negotiation skills and ability to identify business opportunities
• Fluency in English
