About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships to retain existing business and strengthen partnerships.
- Provide strategic planning and consulting advice to help clients quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk.
- Drive the end-to-end commercial insurance renewal process and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
- Coordinate WTW internal resources and practice groups to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.
- Design, prepare, and negotiate fee and compensation agreements.
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process, including coordination across various lines of business.
- Analyze coverage forms to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions throughout the policy life cycle.
- Deliver high-quality client presentations, advocacy reports, and service plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience in a client-facing role.
- Deep knowledge of the commercial insurance renewal process and end-to-end steps.
- Proven ability to analyze coverage forms, program design, and identify coverage gaps.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex technical conversations.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Active P&C Insurance License is required.
- Ability to travel as required.
