About the role
Responsibilities
- Retain and grow an existing Real Estate book of business by serving as a strategic advisor to clients.
- Provide strategic planning and risk management consulting services tailored to real estate owners, operators, and investors.
- Coordinate WTW resources to deliver integrated insurance solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Drive the annual renewal process, including the development and execution of client-specific strategies.
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and manage documentation across various lines of business.
- Recommend appropriate insurance solutions throughout the policy lifecycle, including acquisition due diligence.
- Partner with Broking teams to leverage market insights and analytical tools to support client objectives.
- Develop and deliver client presentations, proposals, and stewardship reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience in a client-facing role.
- Deep expertise in the Real Estate industry, including knowledge of sector-specific market trends.
- Comprehensive understanding of the commercial insurance renewal process from strategy to placement.
- Strong ability to analyze insurance coverage forms and identify potential coverage gaps.
- Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills to manage complex transactions and data models.
- Proven leadership ability to mentor colleagues and drive project success.
- P&C Insurance License is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
