Senior Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of every interaction
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy, history, and DNA to customers
• Drive individual and team sales performance to exceed targets and KPI goals
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through personalized service and CRM management
• Utilize digital tools and an omni-channel mindset to offer an integrated luxury experience, including virtual appointments
• Maintain deep knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitors, and product details
• Collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure organized stock management and smooth daily operations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding security, inventory, and cash handling

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a luxury or premium brand environment
• Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards and the "client journey"
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
