Senior Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalized styling and relationship building
• Develop and maintain a strong personal client book to drive repeat business
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance metrics
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, and accessories
• Proactively reach out to clients regarding new arrivals, exclusive collections, and events
• Manage client consignments and coordinate product requests
• Serve as a brand ambassador and maintain luxury boutique visual standards
• Coach and support Client Advisors by sharing best practices in selling and styling
• Assist with daily operations including inventory management, sales transactions, and opening/closing procedures

Requirements

• 4–7 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in ready-to-wear or luxury fashion
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and maintaining a high-performing client book
• Familiarity with luxury clienteling tools and CRM platforms
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or leading peers
• Existing network of clientele in the local market
• Fluency in foreign languages
