About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service
- Deliver an elevated luxury experience by demonstrating expertise in product, fashion, and styling
- Drive client retention and loyalty by managing a personal client book and conducting regular follow-ups
- Execute clientelling activities, including working by appointment to promote incremental purchases
- Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards
- Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding commercial targets
- Previous experience in luxury clientelling and relationship management
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
- Experience working effectively within a team environment
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a results-driven mindset
