Senior Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals
• Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners and agencies to drive revenue growth
• Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish with optimization recommendations
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations and revenue delivery
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and advertising best practices
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives to craft media plans
• Partner with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles
• Analyze campaign performance data, audience insights, and market trends to develop KPI-driven recommendations
• Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders to shape the native ads product roadmap

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
• Expertise with performance and direct response campaigns
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
