Senior Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals
• Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations
• Run end-to-end global account operations including revenue delivery and complex media strategy
• Turn campaign performance into global playbooks and measurement frameworks
• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners and agencies
• Educate brands and media agencies on value propositions and best practices
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives
• Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery
• Shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback
• Mentor and train other team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
• Proficiency in Excel preferred
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
