Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through the planning, design, and execution phases of major infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical oversight and site supervision to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance and control measures to maintain high construction standards.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to construction activities, safety, and environmental impacts.
• Manage client relationships by providing regular project updates, progress reports, and technical presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically focused on construction management.
• Extensive experience in the design and management of transportation infrastructure, such as roads, highways, bridges, or tunnels.
• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles and proficiency in relevant engineering software tools.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional engineering license or equivalent professional certification.
