About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate project works, subcontractors, and crews according to schedules
- Conduct market research for materials and participate in preparing cost estimates and technical offers
- Review study designs to identify errors or omissions and coordinate modifications with designers
- Participate in the coordination of all project works
- Prevent and resolve technical construction problems
- Monitor and control project expenses
- Verify subcontractor certifications
- Communicate with public services and crews
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15 years of experience in the construction of complex building projects
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Methodical approach, accuracy, and responsibility
- Ability to solve problems immediately
- Ability to respond quickly under work pressure
