Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle for major highway and road infrastructure projects, including scoping and technical assurance
• Oversee the preparation of designs, reports, specifications, and digital models (2D/3D) to ensure compliance with client standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate design reviews and workshops
• Leverage digital engineering tools such as ProjectWise and BIM platforms to manage design data and workflows
• Lead and manage design review activities with multidisciplinary teams to meet program and quality requirements
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to capability building through internal knowledge-sharing platforms
• Manage complex design interfaces involving civil, rail/road, structures, and geotechnical dependencies

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of experience delivering transport infrastructure design for construction contractors, PPPs, or alliances
• Proven ability to manage complex design interfaces and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading small to medium-sized complex Design & Construct (D&C) projects
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, client-focused deliverables
• Capability in bidding and work-winning initiatives
